In an over-saturated market, we needed to think outside the real estate box to create a brand that would stand out from the competition and resonate with the market.
Our first step: do the research. We explored the lay of the land and leveraged focus groups to discover local attitudes, feelings, beliefs, experiences and reactions of key customers.
Capitalizing on HH&W’s unique and recognizable office structure, and drawing from the insights we discovered from the focus groups, we built a distinguished brand everyone can be proud of.
The logo was designed to be solid and confident, proudly boasting HH&W’s point of differentiation. We chose an elegant color palette and created unique brand assets to demonstrate professionalism with a personal touch.
